At Ducky, we stand behind the quality of our electronics and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your device isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a valid return.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your box, removing any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5 business days of receipt.
